Full-service includes interior and exterior glass, screens, frames, sills, deep track and sill cleaning, hard-water and stain removal, high-access windows when safely accessible, and professional detailing.Â
Yes. We offer hard-water and stain removal as part of our window-cleaning service. Some stains may be permanent depending on the condition of the glass, but we’ll assess them before cleaning.
Yes, when they can be accessed safely with our available equipment. We do not take unnecessary safety risks, and certain windows may require a separate assessment.
Maybe. Some screens have to be removed from inside, so, if you don't want us inside your home when you're not there, then you would need to be home. We would also like to make sure you are satisfied with the results, so being home also makes that easier.
The time depends on the number of windows, level of buildup, accessibility, and type of service. When providing your quote, we can give you an estimated timeframe based on your property.
Yes. We offer biannual, triannual, and quarterly maintenance plans for customers who want to keep their windows consistently clean. Maintenance customers receive priority scheduling and plan-specific savings.
We accept major credit and debit cards and other available payment methods provided through our payment system. Payment details and options will be provided when your service is scheduled.
We want every customer to be satisfied with the work. If you notice an issue with your cleaning, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll review the concern and work with you to address it.
Yes. New customers can receive up to $75 off their first cleaning, and customers can receive $50 off their next cleaning when a referred customer books and completes a paid cleaning.
